Jagan Just Helped Chandrababu Naidu?

The Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Assembly, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying his level best to corner Chandrababu Naidu but then none of them seems to be working. He did to do the same to trouble Chandrababu in the Vote for Cash case but then finally it emerged as Jagan helping Chandrababu indirectly.

YSR Congress Mangalagiri MLA, Alla Rama Krishna Reddy filed a case to investigate Chandrababu’s role in the case and got a favourable judgment from ACB court. But then the ruling was struck down by Hyderabad High Court. Interestingly, the court almost gave a clean chit for Chandrababu in this case.

During the hearing, the judge clearly said Chandrababu did not request nominated MLA Stephenson to vote for TDP candidate or stay away from the election and the latter did not try to bribe him. This confirms the fact that Chandrababu can not be cornered with this case in future as well.

That also means that the allegations of YSR Congress that Naidu shifted to Amaravati from Hyderabad all of sudden due to this case will not stand further. Since, the court itself clarified that Naidu can not be guilty in the case, there is no question of the TDP supremo fearing the case. So, Jagan may have just helped Chandrababu!
