Jagan Can Never Appeal to Gen Z and the Educated

Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has triggered a massive troll fest with his latest proposal around “MAVIGUN” as the capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Many see this as a reworked version of the earlier three-capitals idea, and it is being heavily trolled across social media.

Looking at the flood of reactions, from “Button Nokkudu” to “MAVIGUN,” one thing is becoming clear: Jagan is struggling big time to connect with the educated section of voters, especially Gen Z.

It is not just the proposals, but also the way they are presented. The ideas come across as laughable, and even the naming feels cringe to younger audiences.

As a result, Gen Z is turning them into memes and driving a full-blown troll wave.

That is exactly what has happened since Jagan’s press meet yesterday.

Much like the trolling wave seen during The Raja Saab phase, social media, especially Twitter, is once again flooded, this time using Jagan’s “MAVIGUN” idea as meme material.
