During YS Jagan’s term, there was no stopping Vallabhaneni Vamsi and his followers in Gannavaram constituency. He contested from Gannavaram in 2014 and won as an MLA. He contested once again in 2019 on TDP ticket.
Within days, he jumped into YSRCP. With the backing of Jagan, he is known to having made offensive comments against Chandrababu and Lokesh.
For the past 100 days, Vallabhaneni Vamsi has been in jail. He was first arrested on February 13 for Satyavardhan kidnap case. Later, five other cases were filed on him.
In fact, he received bail in four cases. But a new case has been filed regarding fraudulent house pattas. In all, Vamsi completed 100 days in jail.
Vamsi has fallen ill in jail and his health conditions aggravated. This has created concern among his well-wishers. On the other hand, Vamsi is concerned about not getting sufficient legal aid from Jagan and YSRCP.
But the big news is that Jagan is said to have taken a major decision regarding Gannavaram. He is said to have decided to make the daughter of Dutta Ramachandra Rao in-charge of Gannavaram constituency.
It is being said that Vamsi is distraught about not being told a word about the change. The YSRCP insiders say that Vamsi is disappointed that after doing so much, he has been set aside so easily.
