Can Jagan Undo 4 Years In 1 Year Now?

It has been more than a couple of years since the formation of the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh, and not once has Jagan set his foot out for a public protest till now.

There is so much that is happening, including the protest against the chief election commissioner, Gyanesh Kumar, El Niño effect on farmers and so much more. But none of this has entertained Jagan enough for him to step out.

We have now arrived at a point where Jagan appears to be of the mindset that the final 12 months of his Pada Yatra will undo the 4 years of slumber. It is evident that Jagan is of the opinion that his absence of four years would be undone by the final one year of work.

This is an extremely risky strategy as Jagan has already gained the image of being a lacklustre opposition leader who doesn’t fight for the public or attend the assembly session. So only time will tell if his final one year of activity would be enough to undo all that’s happening.

The point to be noted here is that Jagan was extremely distant from the public, even when he was the chief minister. He used to come out on a monthly basis and attend public events without any mass outreach programmes.

Now, when he has the opportunity of connecting back with the public, he is again back in the comfort of the Bengaluru house as he has completed distanced from the common folk.
