Jagan’s Saraswati Power’s Assigned Lands Cancelled

In a setback to ex CM Jagan, the Palnadu Collector P Arun Babu has given his approval for the cancellation of assigned lands from the land bought for Saraswati Power and Industries.

It is known that Machavaram tahsildar Kshama Rani had submitted a report to the Collector stating that 20 acres in Vemavaram of Machavaram mandal and 4.2 acres in Pinnelli village were registered wrongly and asked for the documents to be cancelled. A request of cancellation was also made to Piduguralla sub-registrar.

Joint Collector Suraj Ganore informed that the sub-registrar will cancel the documents today. On November 5 last year, deputy CM Pawan Kalyan had ordered for a report on the issue from the Collector.

The tahsildar had submitted a report stating that 20 acres in Survey No 792 and 4.84 acres in Survey No 464-3 were wrongly registered on the name of Saraswati Industries Private Limited.
