Jagan running out of ideas in desperation?

YSR Congress President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seem to be very eager to cracking the whip on eight MLAs who jumped the fence in to TDP. Jagan came up with two No Confidence Motions in two days like never before in the history to corner them. The No Confidence motion on the government was passed through Voice Vote.

And the no confidence motion on Speaker went for voting but YSR Congress do not have time to issue whip to the MLAs and in both the occasions, they do not have chance to press for the action on defected MLAs. Jagan now issued whip for all the MLAs to attend the house and vote against the Appropriation Bill which will be tabled in the house on 29th and 30th of this month.

The party will give whip to all its MLAs including the defected MLAs. If they refuse, the whip notices will be pasted on their official quarters. However Jagan’s strategy is not understandable here as the Appropriation Bill can be easily passed through Voice Vote which can not be used to take action on defected MLAs.
