Jagan Shamed by ED Attachment?

Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seem to have taken back by the recent attachment of ED and is shying away from media since then. The opposition leader is shocked even as his own house which is also his party office, got attached as well. Right then, Speaker of AP Assembly, Kodela Siva Prasada Rao slashed all the petition regarding the defections.

Usually Jagan laps up the occasion and criticize the government for acting through the Speaker. But the opposition leader is still away from the media. As soon as the news is out, PAC Rajindranath Reddy responded on the issue and then today, the party sent a Press note today to media criticizing the government and the Speaker.

YSR Congress have decided to take legal action on this issue but then it is unlikely to stand in court as the decision of the defections is totally under the purview of the Speaker and courts can not interfere. Speaker had rejected the petitions on technical grounds that they are not in the required format. YSR Congress can easily take up the issue by submitting fresh petitions in the necessary format.
