Jagan trembling in fear of ED?

Leader of Opposition in AP, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seem to be very much worried about the recent chargesheet filed by Enforcement Directorate. Unlike CBI cases, ED cases are tough to crack and so Jagan is very much worried about those.

Jagan had filed a petition in Hyderabad High court to give direction to the ED’s special court to suspend its trial till the CBI court takes a decision on the case filed on Jagan assets case. Jagan’s advocate said that the Enforcement Directorate court should start its trial only after the CBI court finds them guilty.

However the high court opined that there is no such facility available to the accused in ED cases at least to the knowledge of the judge hearing the case. Finally the court directed ED to state its stand on the petition and posted the case to 8th February.
