Jagan Trying To Corner Chandrababu Using Pawan Kalyan?

YSR Congress seems to be suddenly very interested in the alliance of TDP and Janasena. The party’s supporting media is on an overdrive cooking stories about both the parties going for an alliance. This seems to be an attempt to cut-down both TDP and Janasena at a time.

A recent survey has predicted 3% Vote Share for TDP and around 3.5% Vote Share decline for YSR Congress. The decline may increase further by the time of elections and so YSR Congress has started to clip down TDP. It has been airing stories like TDP can not sustain without alliance and is ready to offer 87 seats to Janasena in the coming elections.

If a party like TDP is offering half of the seats, it is naturally perceived as weak. So, this seems to be a ploy by YSR Congress. At the same time, it can also downplay the criticism of Pawan Kalyan simply saying that he is an agent of Chandrababu Naidu. This will weaken Pawan Kalyan further politically.

There is also another agenda in this propaganda. This propaganda will only increase the expectations of Janasena regarding the number of seats. If at all, both the parties contemplate an alliance, YSR Congress wants Janasena to demand and get more seats which will make things easy.
