Jagan’s Corruption Comes To Haunt MAA TV

Reports are emerging that Central government had refused to renew the license of Four Channels in MAA TV Group i.e., MAA TV, MAA Movies, MAA Music and MAA Gold. Union Information and Broadcasting Ministry refused to renew the licenses of the cancel as they belong to Nimmagadda Prasad.

Nimmagadda Prasad is one of the accused in various Jagan Corruption cases and the Center is of the opinion that such persons should not be holding Media Channels. Union Home Secretary refused clearance for the renewal. Star Group which recently purchased a stake in MAA TV is trying to bypass this.

Sources say that Nimmagadda may be shown door out of the Channel Management to ensure there is no problem with the renewal and the channel telecast does not stop. Jagan Mohan Reddy seem to have intelligently put the Channel Ownership on his wife, Bharathi’s name so as to avoid any trouble like this.
