Jagan's fast unto death postponed?

The controversy over rejecting permission for Jagan’s fast unto death has taken a new twist now. After Guntur Police clearly rejected the permission for the Deeksha at the proposed venue, YSR Congress approached Hyderabad high court via Lunch motion petition. However the court rejected to admit the petition and asked the party to approach regular court with this petition.

However since the courts are closed till Monday, fast unto death may be postponed now. In case, Jagan continues to sit down for deeksha there, he is likely to be arrested. On the other side, Guntur Police categorically stated that they can not give permission at the requested venue as it has schools, colleges and hospitals around it.

Guntur Police say that they have shown two alternate venues for the Deeksha on 21st of this month and if they agreed they could have completed the arrangements by now. Police say YSR Congress is just trying to earn some political mileage out of this situation.
