Jagan’s immature defense on supporting TRS

YSR Congress’ support to Telangana Rashtra Samiti in the recently concluded MLC elections became very controversial as the party supported TRS which was the reason for all the misery of Seema Andhra due to the bifurcation. Experts opine that due to this reason, Jagan was not able to derive benefit from the Cash for Vote scam even though TDP is completely cornered.

However Jagan supported his party’s move of supporting TRS. “Bifurcation is done. And there should not be any enmity between AP and Telangana. It is irrelevant whom we support after the division is done. YSR Congress is the only party which pressed for the need of Samayikya Andhra even when Telangana agitation is at peaks”, Jagan said in his East Godavari tour on Thursday.

Already people believe that YSR Congress and TRS are in a nexus, this kind of statements will only trouble the party further. It will take several centuries for Seema Andhra people to excuse TRS.
