Janasena Three Day Meetings: Only Cosmetic Use?

Janasena is set to hold a three-day meeting in Vishakhapatnam on the 28th, 29th, and 30th. On the first day, Pawan Kalyan will meet party MLAs, MPs, and MLCs to discuss strengthening the party, government performance, and solving public issues.

The second day will focus on youth engagement. Pawan Kalyan will meet young people from various backgrounds to discuss their role in politics, development, and job creation. The party aims to motivate youth participation and gather ideas for growth.

The final day will see a public meeting at a stadium, where Pawan Kalyan will address party cadres across Andhra Pradesh. This is the first Janasena event after the coalition government completed one year in power.

Despite large crowds and extensive media coverage, Janasena’s true challenge is building a strong grassroots structure. The party relies heavily on Pawan Kalyan, and the absence of robust leadership at local levels limits its political influence.

Nadendla Manohar is occupied with cabinet duties, while Naga Babu, though an MLC, remains mostly in Hyderabad. Without addressing these organisational gaps, these meetings may have only cosmetic value. Real discussion and action are needed to strengthen the party beyond appearances.
