Jayaa Lost Because of Me Says Rajinikanth

Superstar Rajinikanth has always had a unique stand in the political affairs of Tamil Nadu. He supported whoever liked personally and spoke his mind at various events and supported different parties at different times.

If one can remember, Rajini rose to fame when he made some startling comments during the 1996 elections in Tamil Nadu which were against the then chief ministerial candidate Jayalalithaa.

Remembering those days, Rajini during the condolence meet of Jayalalithaa said that his harsh comments against Jaya were so strong that Jayaa went on to lose the elections as people believed in him so much.

Rajini in those days said that if Jayaa comes into power no one can save Tamil Nadu. Rajini remembered this and said that in spite of him making some strong comments like these, she attended his daughter’s wedding.

Rajini praised Jaya to an extent and said that she has lived like a diamond and is now resting like a Kohinoor. Rajini made these comments during this condolence meet which was arranged by Nadigar Sangam today.
