JC Diwakar Reddy Hints At Leaving TDP?

TDP Senior Leader and Former MP, JC Diwakar Reddy in a TV interview went on to say he has retired from active politics and is still in Telugu Desam Party. He, however, added that he has got offers from BJP as well as YSR Congress but added that he is not a person to change the party in a hurry.

When asked if his son, JC Pavan will join YSR Congress Party as he is a close friend of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. “He is 47 years old now and has his own businesses. It is for him to take the decisions and I will no way influence him”. There are reports that JC will not be active in politics but his scion will change the party.

These comments of JC strengthen those rumors. Diwakar Reddy, who boasts of a 4-decade long political career gave way for his son in the recent elections. His brother, JC Prabhakar Reddy also withdrew and fielded his son, Ashmith Reddy. But both their scions lost the elections in their bastions.

JC Family who is in Congress for decades joined TDP before 2014 elections and won on the Cycle Symbol.
