Jimmy knocks high court door over ACB notices!

It is known that Telangana ACB had issued notices to Sebastian’s friend, Jimmy Babu in relation to Cash for Vote case to attend interrogation. Jimmy along with MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah were served notices under CRPC 41(A) section which allows ACB to arrest them if needed.

Reports are emerging that Jimmy will not be attending the investigation today but will be filing a quash petition in high court to relieve him from this case. It is alleged that Sebastian managed to reach out to nominated MLA Stephenson through Jimmy.

On the other side, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah attended ACB interrogation this morning. He is expected to be grilled regarding this case till evening. Before going to ACB office, Sandra spoke to media saying that he will cooperate to ACB in this case and also said that he is no way related to this case in any ways.
