Lok Satta Founder Jaya Prakash Narayan seem to have become publicity conscious these days. The bureaucrat turned politician is trying his might to bag as much as mileage in the state bifurcation issue. JP is claiming that it is according to his demands, Central Government had sanctioned packages and privileges to Seemandhra. The party is saying that only some of his recommendations have become reality and if not for JP, Seemandhra people would totally go empty handed.
However, BJP is irked with JP’s comments on this issue. “It is not over by sending a mail to the GOM (like JP did), BJP leaders hold several closed door meetings with Cabinet ministers and got those sanctions. It is sad that JP is claiming our hard work as his”, a source in state BJP said. But the end of the day, both LSP and BJP should realize that whatever they got is not even half of what is required and in such case their claims can yield bad results.
