KA Polls: Bramhanandam’s Campaign Goes Waste!

The Karnataka assembly election results are coming out today and the Congress Party is registering a comfortable victory in the same.

Coming to the topic, Dr K Sudhakar who served as health care minister of Karnataka in the BJP government’s tenure has lost from Chikkaballapur.

Chikkaballapur has a healthy Telugu population and incidentally, Tollywood veteran, Bramhanandam too campaigned for Sudhakar in the constituency.

Bramhanandam campaigned for Sudhakar in parts of Chikkaballapur a week ago. He addressed crowds in Telugu and urged them to vote for Sudhakar in the elections.

But in the end, the efforts went to waste as Sudhakar lost the election.

Sudhakar, who served as a minister in the BJP government has lost to Congress candidate Pradeep Ishwar. This came as a big surprise to many as Sudhakar was backed to be the firm favorite to win the seat but that wasn’t to be.
