The hearing of BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha’s interim bail has been postponed to April 4. The Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court would hear the petition at 02:30 PM on April 4.

He argued that Kavitha was arrested even though her name wasn’t mentioned in the FIR of the Delhi Liquor Scam case. He said that despite cooperating with the ED in the investigation, she was arrested.

On March 26, the Rouse Avenue Court sent Kavitha for a 14-day judicial remand at Tihar Jail. She was arrested due to her alleged involvement in the Delhi Liquor Scam case.
