BRS‘s Low: Is This Kavitha‘s Opportunity?

BRS was close to a revival before the Jubilee Hills by-election. The party ran a strong campaign to retain the seat, yet the result shocked supporters. Losing a strong seat by 25,000 votes has left many frustrated and confused.

At this point, Kavitha is adding pressure on BRS with sharp comments. She said the party failed as an Opposition and only created noise on social media. Her remarks have stirred more tension among BRS supporters.

Kavitha said the Jubilee Hills result would have been different if BRS had played its role properly. She said Telangana Jagruthi noticed this gap and plans to become the people’s voice. She made these comments while addressing the press in Medak.

As part of the Jagruthi Janam Baata Yatra, she said standing up for people matters more than setting up a party. But her tone suggests she is enjoying the BRS downfall. She may also see this as a chance to strengthen her position.

Kavitha believes she can draw BRS supporters by fighting hard on the ground. She feels party supporters will eventually lose trust in BRS if the crisis continues. Her confidence has triggered mixed reactions.

However, she is overestimating her influence. If BRS collapses, BJP will quickly take the vacant space as the third option. The Central Government will also support BJP whenever needed, giving it an extra advantage.

By attacking BRS repeatedly, Kavitha is hurting the same support base she wants to attract. This makes her position tricky. Many core Telangana supporters now view her as an enemy because she stood against KCR during a difficult phase for the party.
