Mother Turns Mediator for Kavitha!

Kalvakuntla Kavitha continues to criticise BRS while claiming that KCR remains her leader. Following her suspension, she quit the party instead of waiting, a move that has unsettled both KCR and the BRS leadership at a politically sensitive time.

Her sharp remarks and emotional statements have become an advantage for the ruling Congress. Many feel Kavitha’s open criticism and public airing of issues have dented KCR’s image and weakened the standing of BRS in the eyes of voters.

Kavitha had earlier said that leaving BRS meant she would miss seeing her mother Shobha the most. Yet, during her son’s birthday, Shobha skipped the celebrations though she sent clothes and blessings, while the family performed the Satyanarayana puja.

On the occasion of her son-in-law Anil’s birthday, Shobha personally visited her daughter. Party sources suggest Shobhamma acted as a mediator, advising Kavitha to calm down for a few days and assuring her that matters would eventually improve.

The key question now is whether Kavitha will listen to her mother’s advice. She had previously ignored her father’s counsel despite openly expressing loyalty to him, leaving political watchers waiting to see her next step.
