Telangana Jagruthi president Kavitha is now focusing her political efforts on the upcoming Jubilee Hills by-election. She has already prepared a plan of action and held discussions with key leaders.
Reports suggest that Kavitha is planning to field a Telangana Jagruthi candidate for the bypoll as part of her broader political ambitions.
Interestingly, former Jubilee Hills MLA Vishnuvardhan Reddy met Kavitha on Monday. Their meeting lasted for about 30 minutes, during which they reportedly discussed various political matters.
Speculation is strong that Kavitha may nominate Vishnuvardhan Reddy as her candidate for the Jubilee Hills bypoll.
However, after the meeting, Vishnuvardhan Reddy addressed the media and claimed it was only a courtesy visit. He said he had invited Kavitha to attend the Dassera celebrations at the Peddamma temple and denied any political discussions.
Meanwhile, political circles are abuzz with talk that Kavitha may announce a new political party during the upcoming Bathukamma festival.
This follows reported internal rifts within Telangana Jagruthi after Kavitha officially resigned from the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).
Sources indicate that Kavitha is now seriously considering floating her own party ahead of the next election season.
