KCR Acknowledging Amaravati Success?

Telangana Government is trying to use Amaravati against Andhra Pradesh. Telangana is demanding to decrease the water allocation in Krishna River since Amaravati is being constructed in Krishna Basin which will reduce cultivation drastically.

Telangana Government is also arguing that Urbanization is going on at a drastic pace around Amaravati and so the allocation of Krishna Waters for Cultivation can be decreased drastically. Telangana Government also raked the issue of Pattiseema with which Krishna Basin is benefitted.

In a way, K Chandrasekhara Rao is acknowledging the success of Amaravati and giving credit to Chandrababu. Will KCR digest the same if TDP (TS) leaders talk about the same in the next elections and try to market their party in Telangana?
