Why is KCR avoiding the central minister?

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao for some reason is avoiding Union Defense Minister, Manohar Parrikar. The Chief Minister earlier tried to meet Parrikar in Delhi to discuss the closure of defense roads in Cantonment area but the latter did not give him an appointment citing busy schedule.

The Minister even refused tii shift cantonments to accommodate CM’s dream secretariat project. Parrikar is in Hyderabad earlier last week, the Telangana Chief Minister skipped two programmes involving the central minister. The CM did not attend the ground-breaking ceremony of the Tata Boeing Aerospace facility at Adibatla on city outskirts.

He even the lunch hosted by Governor Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan on Saturday. KTR attended both these programmes instead of his father. CMO sources say the CM could not meet the minister due to his prior engagements. But even that reason is not in good taste.
