KCR going to fall in his own trap

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will be flying to Delhi tomorrow and will be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other key Ministers there. And a day later, Governor Narasimhan will be flying there to meet the President and Key Ministers. While the agendas of both these visits are different, the common point that will come in to discussion will be the Cash for Vote fiasco and Phone Tapping cases that are sensationalizing Telugu politics for the last few days.

Telangana government already cornered Chandrababu to some extent and the latter will try to do the same to KCR in the phone tapping issue. These huge controversies triggered by Telangana government, is triggering a debate which KCR never likes. There are demands from all corners to relegate the law and order to the Governor as stated in the Reorganization Act.

With Telangana government constantly poking in to the nose of AP government in the common capital, the demand just got stronger. If Narendra Modi government takes its partner in to confidence, at least in this issue, it will be trouble for KCR government to leave Hyderabad to Governor’s mercy. Which side, Modi will take in the Cash for Vote fiasco is a different point, but he will be forced to take a decision on Governor’s powers.
