KCR clarified that a Secular party like TRS would never allow discrimination in the name of Religion. On the other side, Union Railway Minister, Piyush Goyal is in Hyderabad to inaugurate some railway projects and made some crucial comments on this.

“Telangana Government after trying to pass quota for Muslims has no ethical right to accuse Modi Government of religious discrimination in CAA amendment when it is meant for persecuted minorities of neighboring countries,” Piyush Goyal told the media in Secunderabad.

On the other side, there are reports that KCR is planning to host a meeting of all the Chief Ministers in the country who are opposing CAA. Recently, the Assemblies of Kerala, West Bengal, and Punjab have moved resolutions against CAA.
