KCR increases pressure on Naidu indirectly!

While Andhra Pradesh government is struggling to revise pay scales of the government employees, Telangana government has announced 43% Fitment on the basic of the state employees. This new pay scale will be implemented from June 2nd, the Telangana formation day last year. The employees will get all the arrears very soon now. This hike will increase the burden on the government by 6500 Crore per year.

However this decision of Telagana government will prove to be fatal for Andhra Pradesh government as its employees are gearing up for agitations against the government for pay scale revision. Increasing of salaries for their Telangana counterparts will only add more fuel to the fire.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu already hinted to the APNGOs that the state is not in a position to afford a pay scale revision with the current finances of the state. Now the CM will be under pressure to consider the decision.
