KCR personally supervising petition on AP

It is known that Telangana government has decided to go to the Supreme Court on Srisailam Project early next week. There are two important G.O.s in the united states pertaining to the water management of the project.

According to G.O.69, the minimum water level should be at 834 feet and G.O. 107 released years later says the minimum water level should be 854 feet. KCR government’s argument is that both can not be implemented at a time and they have chosen the later for their convenience.

KCR is personally sitting down with Advocate General to prepare a winning petition on this issue. If the court judgement comes against Telangana, it will be deemed as the victory of Chandrababu over KCR. So the Telangana Chief Minister wants to win it at any cost.

Telangana government is planning to file the petition early next week. The irrigation department officials are burning midnight oil to present a solid case in Supreme court.
