KCR to have 30 Crore palatial house!

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is all set to have a palatial house which will cost 30 Crore to the state exchequer. The state government acquired 9 acres for this building.

CM’s residence will come up in two acres while the rest will go for the quarters of his staff and security. CM’s residence will have 250-1000 capacity conference room. It will also have a hall for cabinet meeting.

Separate facility will be made so that the Chief Minister will get to meet people whenever he wants. A huge parking which can accomodate 300 cars is also planned. The DPR for this building is ready and the construction alone will cost 30 Crore.
