KCR works out Caste Equations in Rajaiah’s exit!

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao bid farewell to Deputy CM Rajaiah who was under scanner for several corruption allegations. The Chief Minister made Rajaiah tender his resignation despite giving an explanation and apology. However KCR was little cautious in leaving out the SC Minister.

He did not remove Rajaiah from the cabinet instead made his resign. Also as soon as Rajaiah resigned, his resignation was accepted and Senior Leader Kadiyam Srihari who is also an SC was inducted in to the cabinet to satisfy the caste equations.

Kadiyam is the MP of Warangal and will now have to accommodated as an MLC. That will leave TRS to face the bielection for Warangal seat. But KCR bit the bullet to satisfy the SC equation. Also this step of Rajaiah’s removal will get his government the mark of being non tolerant to Corruption.
