There is already a concern about the unusually hiked ticket prices in Telangana. Now, the Telangana government has crafted a new G.O with further hikes which will be in effect for a week.

RRR‘s supporters argue that the film was mounted on a stellar budget and price hikes are a must. They say only fans younger section audience will watch the film for the first week and they won’t see hikes as a burden.

On the other hand, there is a talk that these abnormally high ticket prices will deplete the footfalls and will keep the family audience away.
