KCR’s special care for Khammam!

Khammam district which boasts of enormous mineral resources is all set to be the growth engine for the Industrial development planned in the Telangana States. Studies have found that the district is having an enormous potential to host several industries such as mineral-based industries, agro-food processing projects, horticulture-based industries, pharmaceuticals, information technology and infrastructure sectors.

The government is already ready to undertake the proposed steel plant in Bayyaram which will generate thousands of employment opportunities. TRS government which never really had any hold on the district suddenly appears strong with the joining of Senior TDP leader Tummala Nageswara Rao.

With Tummala at the helm, a little more care and liberal grants to the district will help TRS grow in the district and so the Chief Minister is tempted to route as many as industries possible to the district. KCR also gifted Tummala, the cash cow R&B Ministry which will help the funding of the party in the district.
