Kesineni Nani’s Padayatra, Crisis Looming In Vijayawada TDP?

From the last few months, there are rumors in the political circles that TDP high command may not give ticket to sitting MP Kesineni Nani in Vijayawada Parliament.

Nani has problems with senior leaders in the district. At the same time, his brother, Kesineni Chinni is actively working in the constituency.

There are reports that Chinni may get a ticket this time and Nani’s daughter, Swetha may get an MLA ticket from Mylavaram. The High command is not giving any clarification.

On the other side, Nani already said he will be contesting in 2024 as well and is gearing up for a Padayatra in the constituency after Sankranthi.

Is this Nani’s style of revolt? We will have to see. At the same time, TDP can not afford to leave out a leader like Nani.

That means the entire district TDP will be vertically divided into two and will be carrying out their own programs. Senior leaders like Buddha Venkanna and Nagulmeera have sided with Chinni.

It has to be seen if the TDP high command interferes and takes a decision. Or else this group politics may damage the party in the district.
