Kodela to be taken in to cabinet?

If the buzz in TDP circles is to be believed, Kodela Siva Prasad Rao who is currently the Speaker in Andhra Pradesh Assembly will be taken in to cabinet in the next expansion. Chandrababu wants to give an active look to the cabinet and so is keen on making some vibrant changes this time. Kodela is not interested in Speaker post since the start and wants a cabinet berth and so he will invite this with wide arms.

Senior Leaders Muddu Krishnama Naidu, Somireddy Chandra Mohan Reddy and Payyavula Keshav are also fancying their chances in the expansion. As of now, Muddu is leading in the race. The cabinet expansion is likely to happen after Dussehra.

The party had conducted a series of surveys over the last one year and issue progress report for all the MLAs in the state. The report along with social permutations and combinations will play a crucial role in the shuffle. Naidu will fill up the Minority and ST Ministers void in his cabinet with this shuffle. Accordingly, MLCs Shariff and Sandhya Rani are likely to get easy gate pass.
