Kondepi: YSRCP Leaders Fight Among Themselves!

YSR Congress is Super Strong in the SC constituencies due to the massive spread of Christianity. In the Twenty-eight SC reserved constituencies of Andhra Pradesh, TDP won only one seat – Kondepi in Prakasam district.

Things are fast changing in those constituencies as well and at the same time, YSR Congress is going through a rough patch in Kondepi due to Group Politics.

TDP’s Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy Dola won from here in 2014 and 2019 as well.

Madasi Venkaiah contested on the YSR Congress ticket and lost by a slender margin of 1000 votes. Venkaiah was the incharge till recently but YSR Congress replaced him with a new incharge, Ashok Babu.

Both the groups are not seeing eye to eye. Recently, Ashok Babu group attacked Venkaiah’s group. Venkaiah narrowly escaped but several people of his group got injured.

About 50 people of Ashok’s group attacked Venkaiah’s group who are less than twenty in number. The Ruling Party ensured that there is no Police complaint or case.

But then, if this neglect continues, Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy is likely to get a hat-trick.
