KTR‘s Arrest Most Likely This Thursday

In what can be termed as a significant development, Telangana High Court refused to Quash the case registered against Former Minister K Taraka Ramarao in Formula-E Racing Funds Misappropriation case.

The High Court delivered Judgment today for the case whose arguments were finished the last week. The Court opined that there were no proper grounds to Quash the Case.

The Lawyers belonging to KTR urged the Court to at least grant immunity from Arrest but the Court refused to Intervene.

This means all decks are cleared for KTR‘s arrest. The other day, KTR evaded the ACB questioning after his lawyers were not allowed with him. The ACB served a new notice asking him to come on 9th.

On that day, the ACB can question the Former Minister and arrest him after that. If KTR evaded the Questioning that day also, the ACB can arrest him citing non co-operation.

Unless CM Revanth Reddy decides to postpone it to another date, the arrest looks certain on 9th.
