If this is really followed, it is a great thing. One can not imagine the money being poured into this unnecessary Hungama for the Birthdays of Politicians especially for those in power. Further, the entire state will be flooded with those hoardings and Flexis which take the charm out of the city.
The first phase of Haritha Haram by Telangana Government is a big disaster as all the saplings planted through out the state did not survive after the initial Hungama. The government has taken the second phase this year seriously to make the program a big success.
