KTR Clarifies Future Plan to His Constituency People

There are rumors for a long time that Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Ramarao will be leaving behind his Siricila Constituency and contest from any other constituency in Greater Hyderabad. Contesting from Greater will get him more visibility and help the party with the Urban voters.

But then, KTR had refuted those rumors and went on to say that he will be contesting from Siricilla itself as long as he is in the Politics. “Our family is committed to the development of Siricialla. As long as I am in Politics, I will contest from here,” KTR clarified.

KTR first contested from the constituency in 2009 elections and managed to win by a close margin of 171 votes. In the by-elections of 2010, he again contested from the same constituency and won with a margin of 68219 votes and from there, there is no looking back. In 2014, he completed hat-trick with a margin of 53004 votes.
