KTR goes Chandrababu’s way

Way back during his last tenure, the then Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu is famous for his sudden visits. He would suddenly appear at some place and give left and right to the officials if they are not performing well. Many say this prompted government employees against Naidu and they worked against him in 2004 elections.

Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Ramarao also did a similar feat following a news channel’s special coverage about the city roads. KTR dropped in Srinagar Colony all of sudden today and had a whirlwind tour all around. He saw the pits dug by Power Cables are left open and on the spot, called the contractor.

He also gave a mouthful to officials who did not followup the works. He asked them to repair the roads on war footing. He asked GHMC commissioner to take action of officials who are complacent. GHMC Mayor Bonthu Ram Mohan is along side KTR. The IT Minister also interacted with the locals and came to know about their problems.
