Revanth Has KCR Phobia: KTR

BRS working president KTR once again showed his flair for sharp political remarks while speaking to party workers. He claimed that Revanth Reddy seems to have developed a phobia of KCR. Even though KCR is currently recovering and away from the public eye, Revanth still keeps mentioning him at every opportunity, whether in Delhi or during public meetings. KTR questioned this obsession, asking why Revanth appears so fearful of someone who is not even actively involved in current affairs.

KTR also criticised Revanth’s failed attempt to secure 42 percent reservations in Telangana. He pointed out that if Revanth could not get it done while holding power in the state, how could he expect the central leadership in Delhi to agree to his demands. He added that even in Delhi, Revanth made it a point to name KCR, which drew applause from the gathered BRS workers.

Taking a jibe at Revanth, KTR said he had earlier called the entire effort a drama, and in response, Revanth had started calling him Drama Rao. KTR hit back by saying that if anyone was acting, it was Revanth himself. He described Revanth’s friendship with Rahul Gandhi, his rivalry with Modi, and his water dispute with Chandrababu as pure political theatre. Even his manifesto and the Kamareddy Declaration were dismissed by KTR as staged drama. He went further to say that claiming to represent the Congress was itself the biggest drama of all.

KTR also reminded the audience that Revanth had earlier boasted about attending Modi’s school and studying at Chandrababu’s college before aligning with Rahul Gandhi. According to him, this reflected a lack of ideological commitment and made Revanth someone who could switch parties at any moment if it benefited him politically.

Interestingly, a social media user pointed out that KCR himself was once with the TDP, served as a cabinet minister under Vajpayee, and later allied with Sonia Gandhi. In the end, KTR concluded that politics is a game, and everyone plays it according to their own agenda.
