KTR Raps Media for Fake Video News?

A couple of media channels the other day have published a news that a man was thrashed by Police of Moinabad just for refusing to pay a bribe to agriculture officer. Some people on Twitter have complained about this to Telangana IT Minister, KTR.

KTR had tweeted to Telangana DGP to crosscheck and later went on to say that the video was actually from Rajasthan and not Telangana. KTR asked media outlets to do fact checking before broadcasting and causing irreparable damage to Government institutions.

But then it is not clear how it is the case since the victims are talking about the same in the video interviews of the Channels and they are speaking in Telugu itself. Some say the incident is true in Telangana but the video visuals of police thrashing the man are from media.
