KTR Unfollows The Famous TV Channel

KCR’s TRS is looking to make big moves in national politics. The fact that he changed TRS’s name to BRS – Bharat Rashtra Samithi clearly implies the same. KCR, KTR, and BRS, as a party are ready to go neck to neck with the center.

Coming to the topic, KTR has tweeted that he is unfollowing top national media portal NDTV. This comes after Adani’s hostile takeover of the media outlet.

NDTV had taken an anti-center stance all the while and as a result, anti-BJP parties used to value the media outlet highly. Now after the Adani takeover, things are expected to change and there is a talk that NDTV might stop the anti-center narrative.

In view of the same, KTR, who had recently announced that he and BRS are ready for a tug of war with BJP, has stated that he is unfollowing NDTV.

“Unfollowing @ndtv Thanks for the good work thus far” KTR tweeted while reacting to a social media post about Adani’s takeover of the media channel.

In response to KTR’s tweet, BJP supporters have a counter-argument.

“KTR’s pain is understandable. His family spent a lot of govt. money on NDTV. Since April, NDTV “in partnership with the Telangana government”, telecasted a series of programs. And tagged Kavitha (D/O KCR, who holds no govt. position) in their tweets. It’s natural to “unfollow”.” a BJP activist tweeted.
