Lagadapati’s latest survey

Lagadapati Raja Gopal, the Congress MP for Vijayawada is famous for his prepoll surveys. He always delivered exact or near to exact results every time he came out with a survey. So, political and media circles call him ‘Andhra Octopus’ (this is after Paul the Octopus which predicted the outcome of 11 out of 13 matches of 2010 football world cup). A news channel short while ago aired a survey which claims to be that of Lagadapati’s. Here are the results:

It can be seen that AP assembly is inching towards hung with no party or coalition getting clear majority. We will have to see how the equations change as elections near. But this survey results will certainly boost confidence in Telugu Desam Party leaders and cadre.
