Land Acquisition to begin in Capital villages!

The state government is all set to unleash the land acquisition act on the reluctant farmers in Capital notified villages. The notification will come out on 20th of this month. Farmers with 1200 acres did not come forward for the land pooling and now these lands will be taken in land acquisition.

The land acquisition in these lands should be easy as the government will not face much difficulty with the Food Security and Social Impact Assessment clauses in the Land Acquisition Act.

Already few farmers have gone to the courts over the land acquisition but the court refused to given any ruling against the lawful exercise. The state government wants to complete this exercise before the Prime Minister lays the foundation stone for the capital on Vijayadasami day.
