Land Encroachment Case on TDP MLA

A Land Encroachment case was registered on TDP Anakapalle MLA, Peela Govinda Satya Narayana. The allegation is that the MLA have demolished the compound wall of land belonging to an NRI and encroached the land. The NRI complained to the Vishakapatnam Police via an email.

The Police department responded to the complaint immediately and registered a case on the MLA. The local Police have also sought a report from the Revenue Officials to ascertain the allegations of encroachment.

The police should be appreciated for acting swift on the case even though the accused is a ruling party MLA and the victim is not residing in the country. A few MLAs of TDP are landing in the unnecessary mess these days and are becoming a huge headache to Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu.
