Land Grabbers Pounce on AP Capital!

The upcoming Capital of Andhra Pradesh is turning out to be a hub of Land Grabbers and Rowdy Sheeters. The State Government has announced the first bunch of villages selected for land pooling and immediately the land prices there shot up by multiple folds. Fearing legal issues, the government did not ban registration of lands by private parties in the region.

Taking this as an advantage, Rowdy Sheeters and Land Grabbers are making a merry by selling the lands using forged papers, selling the same land to multiple parties etc.There is an uncertainty among the farmers and land owners if the deal offered by the government will be beneficial to them in future. These people are further increasing the doubts of land losing farmers and getting their lands for a cheaper rate.

The political mileage seeking opposition parties’ negative speak in these villages are adding to their uncertainty. Some of the areas are witnessing lawlessness as this Land Grabbers bribe local police and prevent them from taking the complaints against land disputes.
