Land is the only savior for AP!

With Center’s reluctance to help Andhra Pradesh, it is almost confirmed that all the doors are being closed to the truncated state one after the other. There is a severe funds crunch in the state and as a result it can not afford the incentives on its own to lure industries. However land seems to be the only saving grace for the state now.

Majority developed states have exhausted their land cover already and are struggling to provide land for the industries. Karnataka and Telangana have very less land banks and they have telling the investors that they can not give away free land. It is already known that Hero Motocorp moved to AP from Karnataka for the sole reason of free land.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is keen on creating a huge land bank of 10 Lakh Acres and is planning to give land for free to industries at 99 years lease which should be a very lucrative deal. Andhra Pradesh government is planning to unleash its industrial policy very soon.
