Land Prices soar in Seed Capital villages!

As the Seed Capital Master Plan was unveiled by the Singapore team, the land prices in villages like Linagayapalem, Uddandayaurunipalem and Thallayapalem have suddenly gone up. The state government did not announce the exact location of the seed capital till now but the media speculations are pointing at these villages.

As a result realtors are storming in to these villages are buying huge land parcels. Earlier, the land prices are 1.50 crore price range per acre have now increased to Rs.1.80 crore per acre and they are expected to increase further.

Suddenly the land registrations have grownup in these villages. An official at Tadikonda registration office claims that they have witnessed a growth of 128.82 per cent in registrations when compared to previous months.
