Land Transactions slowed down in Capital villages!

As the government is all set to issue the ordinance regarding the terms of land pooling in the upcoming capital of Andhra Pradesh, the land transactions in the capital villages have slowed down significantly. This ordinance is expected to be put up in the cabinet meeting on December 15th and will be having a better package than the already announced one.

The revised proposals if rosy will increase the land demand further and the land rates are expected to shoot up. 29 villages of Guntur district are going to the land pooling in the first phase.

It is known that the farmers especially those who own lands near to the Krishna River had expressed their displeasure on the package announced by the government which treats all the lands the same. And now government is gearing up to announce three different packages to lands depending on their proximity to Krishna River and availability of water resources.
