Life Term Imprisonment for Bhanu in Maddelacheruvu Suri’s Case

Seven years after the brutal murder of Faction Leader, Maddelacheruvu Suri, a local court in Hyderabad delivered its final verdict. Suri’s close-aide Bhanu Kiran who gunned down Suri in Hyderabad in broad daylight in the city’s Yousufguda area was handed over Life Term Imprisonment for the crime.

Bhanu, who was sitting in the car’s back seat, allegedly shot Suri from behind with a 0.32 revolver on January 4th, 2011, which made the car driver one of the key witnesses in the case. Bhanu then, with the help of the other accused in the case, got on a motorbike and sped away. He was arrested in 2012 in Zaheerabad

Bhanu Kiran is already serving a one year of imprisonment for illegal possession of firearms. Suri’s wife, Bhanumathi claims that Paritala Family is behind her husband’s murder. Maddelacheruvu Suri is one of the main accused for plotting the Murder of Paritala Ravi. The family feud between them was a longstanding one with dozens of people killed in the rivalry.
